The experience is a practical cooking course in which a complete menu will be made using only seasonal ingredients. Each dish will be introduced by a local history or tradition and you will learn to cook just like the Apulian grandmothers and mothers do in their kitchens every day. About Bari
Bari is the port city of Puglia on the Adriatic, with a maze-like old town, a medieval basilica holding the relics of St Nicholas and a long seafront.
