We then head to the Rhinegeist Brewery, located inside a pre-Prohibition brewing structure, where we’ll take a behind the scenes tour of their modern and historic facility (stairs are required for part of the tour), concluding with a flight of their seasonal beverages. We learn about the history of the pre-Prohibition fermentation house where the brewery & distillery is located, followed by a behind the scenes tour of their distilling operations. The tour then concludes with a spirit tasting in their taproom.
