Explore the concept of chakras in a way that feels clear, grounded, and easy to relate to—no prior experience or belief required. Set among Sedona’s red rocks, this outdoor meditation experience introduces the seven chakras as a simple framework for understanding different aspects of your physical and emotional experience. Rather than something abstract, you’ll be guided to notice how this approach feels in your own body. Your guide, Michele, has been teaching meditation since 2014 and has lived in Sedona for over 20 years. With a background in science and education, she brings a practical, down-to-earth perspective that helps make this work approachable and real. This isn’t a lecture or a highly technical workshop—it’s a guided experience. You’ll have the chance to slow down, tune in, and explore what helps you feel more balanced, clear, and connected. Many guests come in unsure about chakras and leave with a better understanding—and a direct experience of what works for them.
