Castelrotto Burn your own gin

Experience the world of gin in a personal and creative way : in this compact experience, you can create your own gin composition, from the selection of botanicals to the finished product. Together with the team, you will work on the copper still and gain insights into aromas, balance and craftsmanship precision. The focus is deliberately on the creative and sensory part of the process, while the final distillation is completed with the utmost care by the team. A guided tasting complements the experience and conveys a sense of style and variety of gins. In the end, your own gin is created, individually composed, professionally finished and delivered to your home as a 500 ml bottle.
