Tour to Derinkuyu Underground City, one of the largest and deepest underground city in Cappadocia. Drive to Ihlara Canyon; Walking in Ihlara Canyon, a ”mirage” in the Steps of Anatolia up to Belisirma village, the ancient Peristrema: ”Valley of the Sky” along the Melendiz River. Rock-cut churches spread across a wild plantation, surprise you with the successfully painted representations from the Bible. Lunch at a local restaurant in Belisirma by the river. Continue to Selime, a village with cave houses and on the edge of the Canyon, landscape like a ”STAR WARS”. Return to hotel at around 17: 30pm. DEPARTURE DAYS : Daily. DURATION : Full day. 4Green tour trip great but please see comments
Great tour Mr G the guide was very knowledgeable and a great host Bus was air conditioned Shame the monastery was closed, it cost £11 to get into the valley which only resulted in a short walk Only other issue was the restaurant wanted to charge for the baklava and as a result of us not buying any seemed annoyed and charged 20TL for a small water Just allow an extra £25 on top of the 35 Euro fee to pay for entrance fees and drinks/cake

About Goreme
Göreme sits in the heart of Cappadocia, a surreal landscape of fairy chimneys, cave churches and dawn skies filled with hot-air balloons.
