6. We’ll visit the memorial statue of Just Nuisance, a beloved Great Dane and the only dog ever officially enlisted in the Royal Navy. Stationed in Simon’s Town during World War II, he became a loyal companion to sailors and a local legend. Just Nuisance died at the age of seven and was buried with full military honors—a touching tribute to a truly unique naval “recruit".

10. As we leave Chapman’s Peak Drive, we’ll stop at the water’s edge in Hout Bay to admire one of Cape Town’s most beloved sculptures—the bronze leopard of Hout Bay.
