• You will receive an instant confirmation email (VIATOR /TRIPADVISOR VOUCHER) after the booking is made, but it cannot be used to redeem at “At the Top - Burj Khalifa” ticket counter.
• You will receive another separate confirmation PDF voucher from the Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC) by email or by what’s app messenger after the booking is made.
• Please keep only that PDF voucher or 7-digit order number(on your mobile phone is fine) received from the Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC) and show to the staff at the Burj Khalifa entrance / ticket counter along with a valid photo ID for them to scan and collect the physical ticket.
• Please note that during peak tourist season, weekend and public holidays this option will also have some waiting time at the Ticket Counter / Elevator.
• Please arrive at the redemption point 10 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.
