The Banshee is Ireland’s most famous spirit — a woman who wails to warn of death. Families in Dublin once swore they heard her cry echoing through these cobblestone lanes
Dublin Castle grounds: once Viking, then Anglo-Norman stronghold. Ghosts said to haunt the Record Tower. I n Celtic times kings would light fires to mark the turning year — power and death linked.
Christ Church crypt said to be haunted. Blend of Christian All Saints with older Samhain. Modern Halloween grew from these crossroads of pagan & Christian tradition.
