If you stand on the top you will set eyes on enormous volcanic rocks situated in the sea, small pebbles and sand of various colors, mainly red, all along the beach and appealing dark blue waters. About Santorini

Santorini is a crescent of volcanic cliffs in the Aegean, where whitewashed villages and blue domes look over a flooded caldera to famous sunsets.

The island is the rim of an ancient volcano whose eruption left a vast caldera filled by the sea.
