Situated at an elevation of 3800m,Ganden Monastery is the main seat of Geluk order. Trek at Lingkor you can see the Great Tsongkapa’s meditation cave and the beautiful view of Lhasa valley. The local Tibetan English-speaking guide will help you understand Tibet culture better and you don't need to worry about the Tibet permit issue. Airport or train station pickup and drop-off also included for added convenience. About Lhasa

Lhasa, high on the Tibetan Plateau, is a city of whitewashed monasteries and prayer wheels, crowned by the Potala Palace on its red hill.

Lhasa lies at about 3,650 metres in a broad valley by the Kyichu River, ringed by bare mountains, and is the cultural heart of Tibet. The Potala Palace, the winter residence of the Dalai Lamas from the 17th century, rises in white and red tiers above the city. Its rooms hold chapels, tombs and murals, and the Norbulingka, the summer palace, sits in leafy gardens to the west.
