Here, board a speedboat that will take you to Cayo Arena (known as Paradise Island). Upon arrival at the island, you will be greeted by turquoise waters and white sand. About Puerto Plata
Puerto Plata is a seaside city on the Dominican Republic's north coast, with a cable car up Mount Isabel de Torres, a Spanish fort and Victorian houses.
Puerto Plata sits on the Atlantic coast in the shadow of Isabel de Torres, a green mountain topped with a statue of Christ and reached by cable car.
