5Great 2 days
Two day tour is a great way to see the island. You go to all main sites Make sure you take lunch or snacks on second day as no lunch option. Restaurant on first day is basic but really good
1not too happy
Days before the Tour, we have a hard time contacting the tour Cabanas Maria. WE emailed and emailed we called 56-9-9889-77692 Apparently the phone is not operating. all we want is an email from these people. are the service really this bad that they can't be bother to return the email or have a phone where you can leave a messages?
5Hit most of the must see sights
I couldn't have asked for a better two days. Hit almost every one of the sights I was looking to see. And there was so much info to observe it was close to mind boggling.
5Great 2 day tour
First day excellent. Emelia was a great guide. Mostly English speakers so tour was all in English. 11-12 people in group size. 2nd day., only 4 English speakers. Group size was 12. Felt like 2 separate tours. Gave Spanish first and English 2nd.
4Got to see a lot of the...
Got to see a lot of the moai and hear about its history. beware there is a lot of walking and up hill and another part long walk down into a cave. The first part of the tour day one we got some bathroom breaks and time to get something to drink or eat plus lunch at our own expense. But the second day part 2 no bathroom breaks or something to drink or eat.

Great two days of touring, with the second days guide Esteban, being very engaging, full of energy, knowledge and enthusiasm. Definitely book

About Hanga Roa
Hanga Roa is the only town on Easter Island, Chile's remote Pacific outpost, with a small harbour and giant stone moai within walking distance.
Hanga Roa stretches along the west coast of Easter Island, called Rapa Nui by its people, some 3,500 km west of the Chilean coast. Nearly all the island's residents live here, in low houses among gardens, around a small fishing harbour and a church. A short walk north, the moai of Tahai stand on a platform beside the sea, facing inland, and the sun sets behind them.
