5Wonderful Experience. Would Recommend it.
Very pleasurable experience. Our driver has been a tour guide for 42 years so he knows Quebec and the island well. In fact, his parents owned a restaurant on the island that was sold but still operating. We went to three wineries. They were each unique all very friendly. The wines were good. (NOTE: My one suggestion for the driver/tour guide would be to put the microphone a bit farther from your mouth or wear a headset because your voice was a bit muffled sounding with the microphone by your mouth).
1Would not recommend
Three small wineries. Very pleasant people but two gave us one glass for all tastings and no throw away bucket if you didnt like sample. Most wines sweet or semi sweet. Not worth the time or money
3Driver was bad -...
Driver was bad - narrative and driving were not what they should have been, 1st winery was good - the guide there (owner) was was very good - wines were ok. The second stop was ok - enjoyed the wine in an orchard - wine not so good; the 3rd stop was awful in that there was no space for our tour as they were "busy". We had to stand on the lawn near the vines to have a small tasting. The narration and scenery were good. None of the 3 stops provided crackers, bread, etc - this was totally unlike US and European wine tours. Disappointed.
4Nice excursion out of Quebec City
It was nice to see another area outside of Old Quebec City. The last winery was more worthwhile than the first two, but an enjoyable experience nonetheless.
3Over priced and over rated
Well for starters the pickup is not at the address they gave us. Thank goodness we were 20 minutes early. The tour was expensive and just “ok”. The Quebec wines at two of the three places were disappointing (Bacchus was the exception). The driver was competent but chatted non-stop and repeated stories of his days with the fire department. Overall an “ok” way to kill an afternoon but not what we came to Quebec for.
3It’s fine
We loved Isle Baccus ~ our 3rd stop. The others were good but the view from Baccus, the vibe, the host ~ was all beautiful (I’ve been to countless California wineries so it’s hard not to compare 🤷♀️) I’d rate it 6/10

About Quebec City
Quebec City is a French-speaking walled city above the St Lawrence River, with cobbled lanes, a grand hilltop château and a historic old town.
Quebec City stands on a cliff above the St Lawrence River, and its old town, a UNESCO-listed warren of stone houses, church spires and steep cobbled streets, is the only walled city north of Mexico. Samuel de Champlain founded a settlement here in 1608, and the Château Frontenac, a copper-roofed grand hotel, dominates the skyline above Dufferin Terrace.
Top-ranked sights in Quebec City: Old Quebec (Vieux-Québec), Quebec Royal Square (Place-Royale), Petit Champlain District (Quartier Petit Champlain).
