行程
Your guide will meet you at the parking lot and then will lead you to have our first sitting stop at a Fonda, a local restaurant where we will try Enfrijoladas and Enchiladas with some local drinks. Then we will shop some local fruits to try later.
Our second stop will be this lovely and outdoors market where our main meal will be Moles, Garnachas, Tamal, local drinks and fruits. This lovely market is perfect to spend some time learning about Oaxaca culture and traditions.
Our last stop is the eldest market in the city, where my family business is located. This will be our next stop, to try some of my grandmother´s food. All home made. We will get some refreshes and drinks before heading to our last stop.
Your last stop is this amazing cacao project where we will taste multiple types of cacao and vegan chocolate, all made by hand in small batches.

About Oaxaca City
Oaxaca City is the colonial capital of Oaxaca state, a stone-built highland city of markets, mole, mezcal and Zapotec ruins nearby.
Oaxaca de Juárez sits in a high valley at about 1,500 metres, its centre built of pale green stone around a shaded zócalo. The baroque church of Santo Domingo, with its gilded interior, and the attached former convent, now a cultural museum, are the grandest sights. Streets run with market stalls, painted walls and courtyard cafés, and the historic centre is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
