4Great experience and...
Great experience and worth fast tracking the crazy queues. Knowledgable guide. Head set is totally frustrating and made it hard to keep our daughter’s attention as it fell off. Otherwise highly recommend
4Excellent, but exhausting!
Ever think worked out great . Met at meeting place, went onto the Vatican museum. Happy we had a guide otherwise would have to wait two hours to get in. Museum is massive. Tried to expedite to Sistine Chapel after two hours in the museum, but guard wouldn't allow it. Choose where u want to go, We only completed the museum and the Sistine Chapel. Never made i to St. PETERS SQUARE or the Basciilica...tons of walking. Not for the faint hearted. Happy we did what we did though. Victor guide was great! Worth the dollars.

I hope I'm not mistaking his name but our guide Francesco was by far the best tour guide I've been assigned. He was clearly very well versed with the history about the Vatican Museum and the work of Michelangelo that you would leave the tour feeling like you were present in these historic stories
1Putting customers in danger for money
My tour time was changed without explanation. Placing me in a time of heavy rain tour guide proceeded with the group during the heavy storm, putting all customers in danger of injury. The tour was supposed to be two parts entrance to Vatican guided in the Basilica management said he explained to all customers they had to return to receive more tickets for the Basilica. There is no way in that weather, he could’ve communicated to everyone. Tour guide ended tour telling everybody it was over and goodbye. Would not recommend this company.
4Beautiful artwork
Instructions for getting to and into the Vatican museums were clear, the tour guide gave us a very good overview of the museums and Sistine Chapel. Even with the crowds, we saw a lot though it was very hot! My only question was about the Basilica access. I thought the ticket included “skip the line” for St Peter’s Basilica but this was not the case, we were left to line up there on our own as the tour finished at the Vatican. If you want skip the line access to St Peter’s, you have to buy a separate ticket.
2Do NOT book!
Buyer beware - this is the worst organized tour I have been a part of. First red flag, emailed less than 24hours prior to move the tour to an hour later. Second, we had a ticket for Vatican museum and basilica. On previous tours (City tours, through the Vatican) we were able to do all of this at once. With this group, we had to do the Vatican museum, exit Vatican City (and walk back to the tour office) and re-enter AGAIN 4 hours later (waiting in line with general admission). This is NOT an all inclusive 3 hour tour - in fact we did not finish until 5-6 hours later. You are better off buying ahead online with City Tours or the Vatican Museum.
