Enjoy an immersive 6-course tapas and wine pairing experience hosted through Cozymeal in beautiful Tarragona, just outside Barcelona. During the class, you’ll create: - First course: Basque pinchos paired with crisp cider - Second course: Catalan coca de recapte with vermouth - Third course: classic tapas like Padrón peppers and Spanish omelette paired with Rioja - Fourth course: Galician seafood traditions featuring mussels, shrimp and octopus in green sauce served with Albariño - Fifth course: Iberian ham and cured meats with crisp Manzanilla sherry - Dessert: creamy, caramelized Crema Catalana This unique cooking class includes expert instruction, all ingredients, a curated wine experience and a deep dive into Spanish culture through its flavors.
