Join us for a full-day adventure exploring Terceira’s most stunning landscapes, charming towns, and must-see highlights at a relaxed pace. Start with breathtaking views from Monte Brasil, then head to the iconic viewpoints of Ilhéu das Cabras and Serra do Cume. Enjoy free time for lunch and exploring in Praia da Vitória (lunch not included), followed by a visit to the volcanic pools of Biscoitos. About Terceira
Terceira is a volcanic island in the Azores, with the World Heritage town of Angra do Heroísmo, a lava-tube cave and fields bounded by stone walls.
Terceira lies in the central group of the Azores, an island of green pasture divided by black basalt walls. Angra do Heroísmo, the main town on the south coast, was once an important Atlantic port, and its old centre of pastel houses and churches is a UNESCO site. A fortress crowns Monte Brasil, the volcanic peninsula at its edge. Praia da Vitória, on the east coast, has the island's main sandy beach.
