Tastings Cheese and Exceptional Agreements

Too often, our spirits are reserved as an aperitif or at the end of the meal. How about we invite them to the table? This tasting workshop offers a bold exploration of the pairings between character cheeses and exceptional French spirits. Between intensity, roundness and aromatic subtlety, each association shakes up codes to reveal new harmonies. You will discover how to combine the flavors of cheeses and spirits to enhance your tastings, while developing your curiosity and palate. Can you combine a powerful cheese with a whisky without ruining everything? Discover why a calvados can transform the texture of a creamy cheese into an explosion of flavours Learn to surprise your friends with unexpected weddings like a soft gin with hard cheese Test your taste buds and become able to spot fruity, floral or woody notes in a spirit
