Nearby there are trattorias and stalls selling fried pizza, as well as numerous churches such as the sixteenth-century Santa Maria della Mercede in Montecalvario. The area also houses the entrance to Underground Naples, a network of tunnels and catacombs and where the mural dedicated to Maradona is located.
