You will be responsible for the complete preparation. Our aim is to provide a comprehensive understanding of these cooking techniques, which you can replicate in your own kitchen. This is a hands-on experience, and your chef-guide will be there to assist and accompany you throughout the workshop. You'll conclude the course by savoring your own sashimi alongside rice and freshly ground wasabi.
