見どころ
Sapa Valley Trek, formerly known as Highland Harmony Trek, takes you through the same beautiful route many guests reviewed under its previous name. This carefully planned journey explores Muong Hoa Valley, one of Sapa’s most scenic and culturally rich areas, passing through Y Linh Ho, Lao Chai, and Ta Van villages. Along the way, travelers walk past rice terraces, mountain views, forest paths, and riverside trails. A locally prepared lunch offers a taste of H’mong hospitality and a chance to experience village life in a natural, respectful way. Led by local guides, this trek gives meaningful insight into the culture, farming traditions, and daily life of the Black H’mong and Giay communities. It is ideal for travelers who want more than just scenery.

行程
Your journey begins with a gentle descent into Muong Hoa Valley, where stone paths wind through steep terraced hills and quiet Black H’mong villages. As the valley unfolds, rice paddies stretch across the landscape, framed by misty mountains and the flowing Muong Hoa River—setting the tone for an unforgettable day of trekking and cultural discovery.
Tucked into the hills above Muong Hoa Valley, Y Linh Ho is a small Black H’mong village where the trek begins with peaceful views and authentic encounters. Travelers will follow narrow dirt paths along steep rice terraces, pass water buffalo in the fields, and see traditional wooden homes built into the hillside. It’s a gentle, scenic start to the journey—offering both cultural insight and a sense of calm before entering the busier villages ahead.
Lao Chai is a larger Black H’mong village nestled in the heart of Muong Hoa Valley. As trekkers arrive, they’re greeted by sweeping views of layered rice terraces and daily village life. This is where the group pauses for a freshly prepared local lunch—often served at a family home or simple eatery, offering traditional flavors and a chance to rest. It’s a perfect moment to connect with the surroundings and reflect before continuing the journey toward Ta Van.
After trekking through terraced landscapes and river crossings, travelers reach Ta Van, a tranquil village home to the Giay ethnic group. Here, stilt houses line the valley floor, surrounded by lush fields and mountain backdrops. It’s a quieter, more spacious setting than previous villages—ideal for observing daily rural life, from bamboo weaving to herding ducks along the river. Ta Van often marks the final stretch of the trek, offering a calm and scenic finish to the journey through Muong Hoa Valley.

About Sapa
Sapa is a cool mountain town in northern Vietnam, set among rice terraces and ethnic-minority villages beneath Fansipan, the highest peak in Indochina.
Sapa sits at about 1,500 metres in the Hoàng Liên Sơn range near the Chinese border. It began as a French hill station in the early twentieth century and still has a stone church at its centre. Fansipan, at 3,143 metres the highest mountain in Indochina, rises behind the town, and a cable car now carries visitors most of the way up.
Top-ranked sights in Sapa: Mt. Fansipan, Can Cau Market (Cho Can Cau), Coc Ly Market (Cho Coc Ly).
