About Sibiu
Sibiu is a medieval Transylvanian town founded by Saxon settlers, with pastel squares, the Liars' Bridge and the Carpathians rising behind.
Sibiu, called Hermannstadt by the Transylvanian Saxons who settled it in the twelfth century, is one of the best-preserved medieval towns in Romania.
