From the outside, the guide will show you the history of the castle and explain its architecture. The visit will continue inside the castle, then in its gardens, before joining the historic streets of Angers.
Back at the Rally, the excursion continues around a friendly lunch. This moment will be an opportunity to exchange with the Guide, to share anecdotes and to benefit from his advice to discover the city and its good addresses.
Accompanied by the Guide, you will discover the history of the quays during a walk along the river before admiring Angers from the panoramic terrace of the Le Quai theater.
We will end this beautiful excursion at the Rallying Square, where a gourmet dinner will close this day.
We will take you back to the Oceania Inn d’Anjou****, where one of the most beautiful rooms awaits you for a night.
The next morning, meet at the Brasserie du Ralliement for a gourmet breakfast, before gently concluding this magnificent Angers weekend.

About Angers
Angers is the old capital of Anjou on the Maine River, with a giant black-and-white castle, medieval tapestries and the vineyards of the Loire close by.
Angers' château is a fortress of dark slate and pale tuffeau stone with seventeen round towers, raised in the thirteenth century above the Maine river. Inside hangs the Apocalypse set, a monumental series of tapestries woven in the late fourteenth century that illustrates the Book of Revelation. The cathedral of Saint-Maurice and the half-timbered Maison d'Adam stand in the old centre.
