Guests can also request for the chef to just prep, cook and serve the meal while they chat or enjoy drinks but the chef will always be able to help teach. About Roatan
Roatan is the largest of Honduras's Bay Islands, a long, narrow Caribbean island with white-sand beaches, reefs for diving and small fishing communities.
Roatan lies off the north coast of Honduras, a long ridge of green hills only a few kilometres wide. Its north shore faces the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef, the second largest in the world, so snorkelling and scuba diving are the main attractions. West Bay Beach has a long curve of soft sand and shallow clear water, and West End, a laid-back village of dive shops, is nearby.
