This beach is near phi phi island and we visited this as a part of our trip from phuket. Monkey beach itself is accessible, vendors are present (at least in weekends), and you can swim at this beach.

Anemone Reef, teeming with clownfish, and the King Cruiser Wreck are popular dive sites
