All of our pastry chefs are trained by Chef João Batalha, Nat’elier’s head pastry chef, co-founder, and a fifth-generation baker, ensuring a consistent and authentic experience. After the baking session, sit down to enjoy the pastéis de nata you have made, served with a hot or cold barista-crafted drink. You will also receive the recipe by email after the class, so you can recreate the experience at home with confidence.
