Whether you are an experienced water enthusiast or trying parasailing for the first time, our staff will guide you throughout the activity, with special assistance available for non-swimmers. Soar up to 80 meters above the Caribbean and take in spectacular panoramic views of Cancun's coastline and turquoise waters. The effective flight time in the air is approximately 10 minutes. Please allow additional time for the complete experience, including check-in, safety instructions, boarding the boat, the boat ride to the parasailing area, and preparation before and after your flight. To provide personalized attention, our boats operate with small groups of up to 10 people. Larger groups can also be accommodated upon special request.

Please note that the actual flight time in the air is approximately 10 minutes. The total activity takes longer, as guests must first complete check-in, receive safety instructions, board the boat, and travel to the parasailing area. Once on location, participants are securely prepared and assisted onto the parasailing equipment before taking flight. After the flight, guests return to the boat and are transported back to the marina. The entire process is designed to provide a safe, comfortable, and exciting experience from arrival to return, with professional staff assisting you throughout the activity.
