Begin the tour with fresh seasonal produce at the Urban Village farmers market and pucker up for some fermented fun from Golden State Pickle Works. We follow those tastes with Baja-style tacos from Cholita Linda and a decadent sweet pastry known as a kouign-amann from Starter Bakery. About Oakland
Oakland is a diverse city on the east side of San Francisco Bay, with a lakeside park, an Art Deco downtown, waterfront squares and redwood hills.
