Then they will go through the winery where each of the stages of the production process will be explained to them, from the crushing of the grapes, to the fermentation process and later filtering and bottling. After this we will taste the following wines: Encierra Vineyard Reserve, Encierra Carmenere and Rosé Our product is private and is marketed through a registered trademark. The visit lasts around 1 hour and the main reason why you should book with us is because you will have the experience of being in a boutique vineyard, attended by its own owners and tasting each of the wines we produce.
