Make Pasta by Hand and Have Dinner in an Ancient Monastery

This is not just a cooking class, it's a journey into the soul of Puglia. What makes this experience truly unique is the rare blend of hands-on tradition, historical charm, and heartfelt hospitality. Hosted in a centuries-old monastery with a panoramic terrace, you'll be cooking and dining in a place steeped in history and atmosphere. What sets it apart even more is Anna’s warm, personal approach. Guests aren’t treated like tourists—they’re welcomed like old friends. You’ll make fresh pasta entirely by hand, just as generations have done before, using simple, local ingredients. Then, as the sun sets over the Apulian landscape, you’ll enjoy a three-course meal of regional specialities, accompanied by stories, laughter, and wine. It’s the kind of evening that captures the essence of Italy: slow, sensory, soulful—and unforgettable.
