The class takes place in Calestano – one of the lands of black truffle. You can easily reach it by train to Parma. This cooking class stands out for its focus on authentic Tuscan truffles, featured in every dish from the aperitivo to the pasta, topped with freshly shaved truffle. You'll learn to make both long pasta (tagliatelle) and stuffed pasta (ravioli), gaining versatile skills to recreate at home. The experience begins with an aperitivo of Prosciutto, Parmigiano Reggiano, and truffle-based dishes, offering a unique tasting journey. Carefully selected wines will complement each dish. The class ends on a sweet note with homemade tiramisù—delicious and unforgettable. More than just a class, it’s a true taste of Tuscany! IMPORTANT: there are 2 cats
