• Public transportation options are available nearby
• Not recommended for pregnant travelers
• Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
• Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
• All people will need to be able to swim on their own in open ocean waters without assistance of any kind.
• Smaller stature people and children will need to be able to control the surf board on their own with limited assistance.
• For our younger friends under age of 12 we STRONGLY RECOMMEND choosing this Private Poipu Surf Lesson or our Semi-Private Surf Lesson for more individualized attention from our instructors.
