Today one may still see the beams and ship poles used in its original construction and watch the transformation of the sugar cane into agricultural rum discover the conversion of the orchid flowers into vanilla and La Vanille Nature Park,Crocodile and Giant Tortoises Park, where you will see a various species of animals and brightly-colored insects (with 23 000 species). After visiting La Vanile Nature Park the tour will continue in the south coast of Mauritius to Gris Gris and La Roche qui Pleure.
