Each team must bring at least one fully charged smart phone that has GPS and that can can send and receive data, photos, videos, and text messages. About Baltimore

Baltimore, Maryland's port city on the Chesapeake Bay, is a city of brick rowhouses, harbourside museums and a fort that inspired the national anthem.

Baltimore, a long-time port on the Patapsco River near the Chesapeake Bay, spreads around its Inner Harbor, where an aquarium, tall ships and a science museum sit beside a promenade. Fort McHenry, at the harbour's mouth, was bombarded by British ships in September 1814 and inspired Francis Scott Key to write the Star-Spangled Banner.
