Andean Breads Cooking Class in Lima

Immerse yourself in the cultural and nutritional richness of the Peruvian Andes with this class specializing in Andean breads, where tradition and health are found in every preparation. Throughout the session, you'll learn to make three types of artisanal bread that highlight native ingredients and superfoods from the region: coca leaf, purple corn, and multicolored quinoa seeds.
