From our base in the charming medieval hill town of Allerona, you'll find the perfect blend of history, culture, warmth, and authenticity. Once your tour begins, we take care of all the details, including transfers, tours, experiences, and most meals. Guided visits to Orvieto, San Casciano dei Bagni, and other points of interest in Umbria, Tuscany, and Lazio A cooking session with our family matriarch, where we'll spend the morning making handmade pasta, sauce, and tiramisu, then eat it all for lunch Dining, wine- and olive oil tastings and receptions in private cantinas, palazzos, and gardens (wine from age 18 and older) Foraging for mushrooms and edible plants, or grape or olive harvesting, depending on the season.
